MARK MEESON (Director)

Mark Meeson has over 19 years experience in the commercial property market working for clients in the public and private sectors. He acts for both Landlords and Tenants in rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re-grants including Arbitration and Independent Expert submissions. Mark also acts in consultancy: undertaking audits and feasibility studies on clients' property assets. In commercial agency, he acquires property for clients, both Freehold and Leasehold for a wide variety from small shops to large office premises. Mark also acts in the disposal of a wide range of retail, office and industrial properties. He has previously worked for Smith Woolley (Woodstock), Edward Symmons & Partners (Plymouth); DTZ Debenham Thorpe (London) and most recently Savills (Oxford). In 2011, Mark was elected as an Associate of the Institute of Arbitrators.

DAVID WILLIAMS (Director)
BSc (Hons) MRICS

David Williams has over 22 years experience in the Oxfordshire commercial property market acting for clients in the public and private sectors. He is retained by clients to acquire Freehold and Leasehold property which range from small shops to multi-million pound redevelopment projects as well as acting in the disposal of a wide range of retail, office and industrial properties including mixed use and investment properties. In consultancy, David provides strategic advice to property developers, landowners and business occupiers on future options. He also acts as an Expert Witness in Planning public enquires. David previously worked for Cluttons (Oxford) and most recently Berry Morris.

SARAH SCOTT (Associate)

Sarah Scott has over 15 years experience in the Oxfordshire commercial and residential property markets. Working for both private and public sectors, Sarah acts in the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property. Sarah has lived and worked in Oxfordshire all of her life.

IAN WENMAN (Non Executive Director)
FCA FCCA MIoD

Ian is a Chartered and Certified Accountant, having been a senior partner and latterly managing partner of a well known Oxfordshire firm of Accountants and Financial Advisors. His main background is in corporate finance, coupled with extensive experience in handling financial, taxation and strategic planning issues, as well as a number of other areas. In addition to his 25 years in these roles, in his spare time, Ian is also the Chairman for the Institute of Directors in Oxfordshire, a member of the Executive of the local Enterprise Partnership and Property Developer. In summer 2011, Ian was appointed as non executive director to the Board of Meeson Williams to add his skills to the team for their next stage of growth.
