OUP acquire new offices at Jordan Hill Business Park
On behalf of Oxford University Press, Meeson Williams were appointed to carry out a search for overflow office accommodation of up to 10,000sq ft within the Oxford ring road. Having viewed a range of alternatives, terms were finally agreed for a short term letting on ground floor premises at Linacre House, Jordan Hill totalling approximately 851 sq m (9,164 sq ft). This strategic acquisition will allow for additional capacity for an on-going refurbishment of the existing estate.
